  • 5:30-6:00 – Check-in and enjoy farm-fed beef from Uldrich Farms. [Food guaranteed if RSVP by Aug. 10th]

  • 6:00-6:30 – Eric Hunt, State Climatologist [verify], “Where is the weather headed?” and producer questions.

  • 6:30-7:45 - Hay rack farm tour.

    • Interseeded cover crops into corn, different row configurations, and alternative fertilizer programs. 

    • Commentary by Jordan Uldrich and Kylen Hunt of Avant Ag Tech and their unique approach to build wealthy soils.

    • Introduction to Prairie Food by Chris Vincent and how various forms of carbon are utilized on the Uldrich fields.
